1HDV Automatic Welder for Corners, Transoms and Cruciforms
For vinyl/PVC profiles
Description:
A combination head designed to produce corner, transom and cruciform joints
in window and door profiles. Variable angle welding facility. Adapts quickly and
easily. Utilises support blocks with magnets and special shouldered setting
screws to allow quick removal and refitting. No time consuming handwheel
adjustments. All movements are made with smooth linear bearings and hardened
steel shafts.

“Spring-free” heaterplate
