The 4HD/130-200, Vertical Four Head Corner Welder
provides greater fabrication flexibility than ever before. Easy to use and
simple to maintain, as with all Kombimatec welders, the 4HD can be configured to
suit the operating height as well as the specific profile style being welded. A
Colour Touch screen display allows weld timers and settings to be adjusted
easily while the machine intelligently prompts operators with instructions.
Adjustable loading and offloading positions allows the machine to be used more
easily by operators depending on their heights. Thus reducing fatigue as
operators no longer have to stretch to place profile into machine. Adapts
quickly and easily when changing between different profiles. Utilises support
blocks with magnets and special setting screws to allow quick removal and
refitting. Automatic head movement locates the profile providing consistency
“Spring-free” heater plate float removes bias melt to one side. A small
miniature cylinder centralises the heater plate when necessary. Ideal for small
sashes down to 300 mm. Fast operating cycle due to high speed Mitsubishi servo
controlled motors and special sequencing. Designed to be easy to use and simple
to maintain. Full compliance with CE regulations. Optional offloading station.
Optional bar code scanner for automatic operation.
