DGS420 Electronic Double Mitre Saw
Description:
Electronic Double Mitre Saw with 400mm dia., TCT sawblades, horizontal Pneumatic
clamps, transom end stop, max. cut length 3300mm.
Features and Functionality:
The DGS420 Electronic Double Mitre Saw comes with the following features:
400 mm diameter saw blade
Saw heads pivot inwards avoiding compensating length measurement when mitre
cutting.
Point to point cutting length setting results in greater accuracy without
individually measuring the height (width) of the profile every time.
Both Saw heads pivot from 90 to 45 degrees for straight, mitre and arrow head
cutting.
Each comes equipped with measuring scale and stop for intermediate angles.
Transom Stop remains in position for arrow head cutting.
Profile Cutting Capacity at 90 degrees is 85x175mm.
Profile Cutting Capacity at 45 degrees is 85x130mm.
Largest simultaneous cut length with both heads is 3300mm.
Automatic hinging guards to comply with CE rules
Soft clamping protects operator from risk of injury; high pressure is applied
only when guards are closed.
Profile roller between saw heads provides extra support to the material.
Servo driven closed loop drive system automatically positions the head to the
required cutting length.
Additional profile support is provided by the 1,5m roller fitted to
right-hand side of moving head.
