DGS530 Double Mitre Saw
for Aluminium and Vinyl/PVC Profiles
Features and Functionality:
The new DGS530 Electronic Double Mitre Saw will
perform the following functions:
530 mm diameter saw blade cuts two 70 mm wide
profiles together side by side.
Maximum cut length 4000 mm. Although longer cut
lengths can be achieved through the automatic double acting feature.
Minimum cut
length less than 300 mm due to special cutting cycle for short pieces.
Automatic
hinging guards to comply with CE rules
Soft clamping protects operator from risk
of injury; high pressure is applied only when guards are closed.
Automatic
profile support between saw heads to provide extra support to the material.
Saw
heads automatically pivot through 0 to 45 degrees.
Automatic hinging transom
stop for locating profile for second cut of arrowhead.
Servo driven closed loop
drive system automatically positions the head to the required cutting length.
Cutting list can be entered manually, via 3.5” floppy disk or online with office
computer.
Additional profile support is provided by the 1,5m roller fitted to
right-hand side of moving head.
