Description:
GLS181 CNC Bead Saw: By using the C.N.C controller the cutting of any angle
can be programmed to cut between 60° left and 60° right in increments of 0.1°.
The Bead Saw has 10 CNC programs (more on request). All of which can be used for
sequential cutting, ie: Bottom, Top, Left and Right beads with any angle within
range in any position. Selection of programme or angle cutting is simply entered
by the operator using the digital control pad. Used in conjunction with the G180
220 Electronic Length Stop this is the ultimate beading station. You can be
assured of improving Quality, Output & Wastage.

Off cuts removed via chute
adjacent to cutting area. Pieces are ejected to the left side of the machine.
Quick release tooling for quick change over.
Co-extruded bead can be cut more
accurately than with other conventional machines.
Blade rotation speed
controlled by transistor invertor to increase speed and improve finish.
Fully
guarded to meet HSE and CE Regulations.
