Kombimatec's 4HD Quad Welder with automatic offload and new light curtain.
Kombimatec's new three axis cnc 4HD Quad welder has been developed with speed of operation and fast cycle times in mind. The automatic off-loader will extract the finished window frame and quickly set itself up, ready for the next weld to be performed. This allows the operator the load the next four pieces and start the weld process before taking the first frame to the cleaning station -thus maximising the 4HD's welding capacity.
For safety and quick access to the welding area Kombimatec have developed a new magic-eye safety curtain. Spanning the front of the welder it will stop axis movement and machine operation if anyone or anything breaks the safety beam.
The 4HD was designed and built by the kombimatec team in Luton, England. The machine utilizes a 3 axes cnc Mitsubishi servo positioning and plc control system for accuracy, speed and incredible reliability.
