Bend it, Shape it, any way you want it!

Kombimatec have introduced their new low entry cost PBM1 Profile Bending System, which enables fabricators to seriously consider improving their customer service by bringing profile bending IN-HOUSE. The system consists of a high efficiency heat chamber, a bespoke bending table and all apparatus to create the shapes you want. There is no mess, no oil and no special facilities required, it is easy to use and ‘Fabricator Friendly’.

To compliment the PBM1, Kombimatec offer a Single Head Manual Clamping Welder (EKS432MAN). This allows an operator to line up profiles much easier and clamp them separately in order to achieve an accurate straight weld. It has a new heater plate for added weld strength and variable weld timing, so the machine adapts itself to the cross section of the profile it is welding.

Additional to this, there is the AFV370 Electronic End Milling Machine for Bow, Arch and Round Windows, this miller is specifically designed to end mill the exact curvature of the bent profile required. It has a quick changing cutter facility with No Tools required, it is very easy to set and adjust.  Three modes of operation permit convex, concave milling and the milling of the ends of transom bars placed across and arch.
