Description:
SFT300 Sash Fittings Table: With tilt facility, Self-centering stop system,
Pneumatic clamping, Router unit for lock case, Triple spindle drilling unit for
handle prep, Cropper for cutting shoot bolt lock or corner bracket to correct
length, Automatic self feeding screwdriver unit for securing hardware, Drilling
unit to pilot drill first hole for locating stay hinge.

and hinges to the sash part of a window prior to final assembly.
Standard table
3000 x 1300 mm is adjustable in height and tilts for operator convenience.
The
built in centering device is pneumatically operated and serves to hold the sash
in position for working.
A horizontally mounted automatic screwdriving machine
with automatic screw feed bowl to secure the hardware. Optional Built-in cropper for cutting hardware to length with size determined
by the self-centering device.
Pilot hole drill for hinge horizontally mounted.
Lock case routing unit.
Triple spindle drilling unit for handle holes.
Additional setting plates to cope with several size sash profiles.
Multi height
